Are hoses and connections free of restrictions, leaks,
looseness, and damage?
Inspect hoses and connections from hoist and main
winch directional control valve assembly to hydrau-
lic control valve manifold assembly for restrictions,
leaks, looseness, and damage.

tighten loose and leaking
connections. If restrictions
cannot be removed or if
hoses and connectors are
damaged, replace (WP
0572 00 or WP 0573 00).
Verify fault is corrected.

7. Start main engine, energize hydraulics, and
set engine speed to 1800 rpm
(TM 9--2350--292--10).
8. Place hoist control lever in the raise position
and record gauge pressures.
9. Place hoist control lever in the lower position
and record gauge pressures.
10. Shut down hydraulics and main engine
(TM 9--2350--292--10).
Are all pressures at ports MS and X1 3600--3700 psi?
