Is pressure at both ports 385--470 psi?

yes
1. Start Enhanced Diagnostics System program
(WP 0086 00) and select corresponding
symptom.
2. Start main engine, energize hydraulics
system, and set engine speed to 1800 rpm
(TM 9--2350--292--10).
3. With boom in stow range and boom safety
valve in live range, record pressures at PR
port of the hydraulic control valve manifold
assembly and boom shutoff valve pilot port.
4. Shut down hydraulics system and main
engine (TM 9--2350--292--10).
