Loosen captive screw (1) and remove panel (2).NOTEWhere applicable, remove adhesive to expose desig-nated electrical terminals.Tag all electrical connections and electrical leads prior toremoval to aid in installation.2. Remove screw (3), lockwasher (4) and nut (5) at cathode (terminal end) of diode (6) and wire (7). Discard lock-washer.3. Remove nut (8) and lockwasher (9) at anode (stud end) of diode (6). Remove diode (6).NOTEPerform the following step only if necessary to replaceplate (link) connected to diode anode (stud end).4. Remove nut (10), four lockwashers (11), two wires (12 and 13) and plate (link) (14). Discard lockwashers.5. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
