7. Remove two screws (24), two lockwashers (25), two flat washers (26), four nuts (27), four lockwashers (28), four
screws (29) and rear fender hinge (30). Discard lockwashers.
8. Remove screw (31), lockwasher (32), flat washer (33), four screws (34), four lockwashers (35) and rear fender
assembly (36). Discard lockwashers.
9. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Installation
NOTE
Holes in fender hinges are slotted to allow side to side and
up and down adjustments to ensure proper fit.
1. Install rear fender assembly (36) with four screws (34), four new lockwashers (35), screw (31), new lockwasher
(32) and flat washer (33).
2. Install rear fender hinge (30) with four screws (29), four new lockwashers (28), four nuts (27), two new lockwash-
ers (25), two flat washers (26) and two screws (24).
