SUBFLOOR REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED

Removal
NOTE
The procedures are the same for all the shields, plates,
covers and supports used on the subfloor of the vehicle,
except for the location, length and number of screws and
assembled--washer screws used to attach plates, covers
and supports.
1. Remove screws and assembled--washer screws, flat washers, lockwashers, gasket, grommet and shields, plates
or covers from vehicle as shown in legend and illustration. Discard lockwashers, grommet, gasket, and as-
sembled--washer screws.
2. Remove screws, flat washers, lockwashers, nuts and supports from vehicle as shown in legend and illustration.
Discard lockwashers.
3. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Installation
NOTE
Apply adhesive to underside of hydraulic access cover
#32. Allow adhesive to become tacky before installing
gasket on cover #32.
1. Install supports in vehicle with screws, flat washers, new lockwashers and nuts on vehicle as shown in legend and
illustration.
2. Install shields, plates, covers, grommet and gasket in vehicle with screws and new assembled--washer screws,
flat washers and new lockwashers on vehicle as shown in legend and illustration.
NOTE
FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Install basket supports, if removed
(WP 0465 00)
Install dimmer switch, if removed
(WP 0260 00, WP 0261 00)
Install brake linkage, if removed
(WP 0363 00 or WP 0364 00), (WP 0365 00),
(WP 0366 00 or WP 0367 00) and (WP 0368 00)
Install shift linkage, if removed (WP 0350 00)
Install throttle pedal and linkage, if removed
(WP 0226 00)
Install air cleaner assemblies, if removed (WP 0208 00)
Install brake bleed valve manifold and hoses
(WP 0361 00, WP 0362 00)
Install hoist winch wire rope shield, if removed
(WP 0495 00)
Install commander’s seat, if removed
(WP 0457 00)
