Remove nine screws (6), nine lockwashers (7) and upper guide (4) from front hull cover assembly (8). Discardlockwashers.4. Remove 13 screws (9), 13 lockwashers (10) and lower guide (5) from front hull cover assembly (8). Discard lock-washers.5. Lift center plate (11) from trumpet (12).6. Remove three screws (13), three lockwashers (14), plate (15) and seal (16) from each side of front hull cover as-sembly (8). Discard lockwashers.7. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.InstallationNOTEBefore lubricating guiderails, make sure guiderails arefree of dirt and debris.1. Apply lubricant to sliding surfaces of upper guide (4) and lower guide (5).2. Install seal (16) and plate (15) on each side of front hull cover assembly (8) with three screws (13) and three newlockwashers (14).3. Lift center plate (11) until center plate (11) is positioned over cable trumpet (12).4. Install lower guide (5) on front hull cover assembly (8) with 13 screws (9) and 13 new lockwashers (10).5.
