AUXILIARY WINCH WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED

Installation
WARNING
Wire rope can become frayed and have broken wires.
Wear heavy leather work gloves when handling wire
rope. Failure to comply could result in personnel injury
from frayed or broken wires.
1. Place welded end of wire rope assembly (1) around retainer (4).
2. Install wire rope assembly (1) and retainer (4) through slot (3) and in auxiliary winch drum (2).
3. Operate auxiliary winch (TM 9--2350--292--10). While auxiliary winch is operating, guide wire rope assembly (1)
onto auxiliary winch drum (2).
