Replace only valve as- semblies that require replacement. Removal 1. Remove four screws (1), boom DCV valve (2), five preformed packings (3) and four preformed packings (4) from manifold assembly (5). Discard preformed packings. 2. Remove spring pin (6) and lever (7) from spade DCV valve (8). Discard spring pin. 3. Remove four screws (9), spade DCV valve (8), five preformed packings (10) and four preformed packings (11) from manifold assembly (5). Discard preformed packings. 4. Remove four screws (12), DCV system selector valve (13) and four preformed packings (14) from manifold as- sembly (5). Discard preformed packings. 1 2 6 7 11 13 14 5 3 4 10 12 8 9
