Replaceonly the valve handles that require replacement. Pilotcontrol valve handles are not replaceable.Removal1. Remove knob (1) and handle (2) from boom DCV valve (3).2. Remove knob (4) and handle (5) from auxiliary winch DCV valve (6).3. Remove electrical tiedown strap (7) from dust and moisture boot (8). Remove dust and moisture boot (8). Dis-card electrical tiedown strap.4. Remove spring pin (9) and handle (10) from DCV selector valve (11). Separate handle (10) from cover (12), ifdamaged.5. Remove electrical tiedown strap (13) from dust and moisture boot (14). Remove dust and moisture boot (14).Discard electrical tiedown strap.6. Remove spring pin (15) and handle (16) from boom DCV safety valve (17). Discard spring pin. Separate handle(16) from cover (18), if damaged.7. Remove knob (19) from main winch DCV valve (20).8. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.Installation1. Install knob (19) on main winch DCV valve (20).2. Install cover (18) on handle (16), if removed.3. Install handle (16) on boom DCV safety valve (17) and secure with new spring pin (15).4. Install dust and moisture boot (14) and secure with new electrical tiedown strap (13).5. Install cover (12) on handle (10), if removed.
