BOOM SHUT--OFF VALVE ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Disassembly
1. Remove boom valve cartridge (4) from manifold (5).
2. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Assembly
Install boom valve cartridge (4) in manifold (5).
Installation
Install boom shut--off valve assembly (3) on hull with four screws (1) and four new lockwashers (2).

NOTE
FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Install hydraulic hoses and fittings on boom shut--off
valve assembly (WP 0576 00)
Start engine, operate main winch and hoist winch hy-
draulic controls several times to purge air from hoses
and valve assembly (TM 9--2350--292--10)
Check hydraulic system for leaks and fill hydraulic reser-
voir (TM 9--2350--292--10)
Install subfloor plates #10, #11 and #12
