SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.HReconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to main switchpanel. Disconnect main lighting and master relay wiringharness from main lighting switch. Place red lead ofmultimeter in socket F of wire 10/15 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check for voltage.Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep I. If voltage is not present, repair/replace wire10/15 of main lighting and B.O. selector switch wiringharness (see paragraph 6-69).IUNLOCK and turn main lighting switch to SER. DRIVE.Place a jumper wire from pin F to socket F. Place redlead of multimeter on pin A of wire 75 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check for voltage.Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep J. If voltage is not present, replace main lightingswitch (see paragraph 6-10).JReconnect main lighting and master relay wiringharness to main lighting switch. Disconnect wire 75 ofmain lighting and B.O. selector switch wiring harnessfrom connector. Place red lead of multimeter on maleconnector of wire 75 and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER switch on, UNLOCK and move main lightingswitch to SER. DRIVE, and check for voltage. TurnMASTER and main lighting switches OFF. If voltage ispresent, repair/replace wire 75 of main lighting andmaster relay wiring harness (see paragraph 6-70). Ifvoltage is not present, repair/replace wire 75 of mainlighting and B.O. selector switch wiring harness (seeparagraph 6-69).2-323
