SECTlON V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags ,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.A Disconnect wire 664A from hydraulic oiltemperature gage. Place red lead of multimeter inwire 664A and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. Turn MASTERswitch OFF. If voltage is present, go to step D. Ifvoltage is not present, go to step B.B Reconnect wire 664A to hydraulic oil temperaturegage. Disconnect wire 325 from hydraulic oiltemperature gage side of 15 A circuit breaker. Placered lead of multimeter on terminal of 15 A circuitbreaker and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. Turn MASTERswitch OFF. If voltage is present, repair/replacewire 664A of red flasher breaker to switch wiringharness (see paragraph 6-66). If voltage is notpresent, go to step C.C Reconnect wire 325 to hydraulic oil temperaturegage side of 15 A circuit breaker. Disconnect wire325 of switch panel, radio, and bilge pump tobulkhead wiring harness from 15 A circuit breaker.Place red lead of multimeter in wire 325 and blacklead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on and checkfor voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltageis present, replace 15 A circuit breaker (seeparagraph 6-11). If voltage is not present, go tostep G.2-347
