r. Clean vent/fill plug (16) and sight
gauge (15) with clean rag (item 7,
WP 0716 00).

NOTE
Oil drain plug can only be in-
spected and cleaned if oil drain
assembly tool is removed.
s. After all oil has drained, install oil
drain plug (10) using oil drain tool
assembly (12).
t. Remove oil drain tool assembly (12)
from hoist winch drum (2) and hull drain
hose (14).
u. Install sight gauge (15).

Do not fill above top of sight
gauge, as correct oil level cannot
be determined.
v. Fill hoist winch drum (2) with proper
grade oil through vent/fill plug (16) hole
until oil level is between the middle and top
of sight gauge (15).
w. Install vent/fill plug (16).
x. Close hull drains (TM 9--2350--292--10).
Rerig wire rope. Rewind hoist winch wire
rope (TM 9--2350--292--10), if required.
y. Install subfloor plate #13 (9)
(WP 0454 00).
