EXHAUST SMOKE GENERATING SYSTEM FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE,
SOLENOID VALVE AND RELATED PARTS REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED

5. Install solenoid valve assembly (12) on bracket (13) with two screws (9), two new lockwashers (10) and two flat
washers (11).
6. Install fuel tube assembly (7) on elbow (8).
7. Install adapter (5) in fuel shutoff valve (6).
8. Install fuel tube assembly (3) on tee (4) and adapter (5).
9. Connect wiring harness 3W202 connector (1) to receptacle on solenoid valve (2).
WARNING
Move vehicle out of building before attempting to check
system for operation/leaks. Extinguish all open flames in
the immediate area. Refer to TM 9--2350--292--10 for
operating system. Failure to comply may result in person-
nel injury.
NOTE
After performing maintenance or operation of the exhaust
smoke generating system, make sure the fuel shutoff
valve is in the closed position and safety wired to prevent
counter--clockwise rotation of valve handle.
10. Check exhaust smoke generating system for leaks and proper operation (TM 9--2350--292--10).
WARNING
11. Secure fuel shutoff valve (6) in the closed position with new nonelectrical wire (16).
