Apply rubber based adhesive to new nonmetallic seal (10) and seal mating surface on hull.3. Install nonmetallic seal (10) on hull.4. Install two bolts (9) on hull with two new spring pins (8).5. Install access door (4) on hull with pin (7), flat washer (6) and new cotter pin (5).6.
