Assembly
WARNING
1. Clean gasket (14) and rubber strip (18) mating surfaces on door assembly (13) and plate (10) with dry--cleaning
solvent.
NOTE
Cut new gasket to length prior to installing on plate.
2. Apply rubber based adhesive (item 15, WP 0716 00) to new rubber strip (18) and rubber strip mating surface on
plate (10).
3. Install new rubber strip (18) on plate (10).
4. Install handle assembly (17) on plate (10) with three new self--locking screws (15) and three flat washers (16).
5. Install door assembly (13) on plate (10) with pin (12) and setscrew (11).
6. Apply rubber based adhesive (item 15, WP 0716 00) to new gasket (14) and gasket mating surface on door as-
sembly (13).
7. Install new gasket (14) on door assembly (13).
8. Apply adhesive (item 17, WP 0716 00) to tapped holes on cover (9).
9. Install cover (9) on plate (10) with two screws (6), two new self--locking screws (7) and two blocks (8).
