Mechanical puller (item 43, WP 0717 00)
Materials/Parts
Lockwashers (8) (item 2, WP 0718 00)
Gasket (item 80, WP 0718 00)
Woodruff key (item 60, WP 0718 00)
Equipment Conditions
Hydraulic lines and fittings removed from fuel transfer
pump motor (WP 0566 00)
Fuel transfer pump removed (WP 0203 00)
Removal
NOTE
Note the quantity and position of spacer plate(s) being
removed to ensure spacer plate(s) are installed in the
same position.
1. Remove four screws (1), four lockwashers (2), hydraulic motor (3) and spacer plate(s) (4) from pump base (5).
Discard lockwashers.
2. Loosen setscrew (6), remove sprocket (7), gasket (8) and woodruff key (9) from hydraulic motor (3). Discard gas-
ket and woodruff key.
NOTE
Note the quantity and position of shim(s) being removed
to ensure shim(s) are installed in the same position.
3. Remove four screws (10), four lockwashers (11), pump base (5) and shim(s) (12) from hull. Discard lockwashers.
4. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
