Using suitable lifting device, remove main hydraulic pumps’ assembly and PTO clutch (1) from vehicle. Placehydraulic pumps’ assembly and PTO clutch (1) on wooden blocks. Remove lifting slings and lifting device.4. Remove four screws (9), four lockwashers (10) and four flat washers (11). Discard lockwashers.5. Separate main hydraulic pumps’ assembly (12) from PTO clutch assembly (7) to disengage hydraulic pumps’ as-sembly splined shaft (13).NOTETwo studs, two nuts and two flat washers securing mountto hydraulic pump assembly must be reinstalled in pumpafter mount has been removed from hydraulic pumps’assembly.6. Remove two studs (14), two nuts (15) and two flat washers (16) and hydraulic pumps’ assembly mount (6) fromhydraulic pumps’ assembly (12).7. Remove high temperature switch (17) from adapter (18).8. Remove adapter (18) from PTO clutch assembly (7).9. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.1612910117131416151817
