AUXILIARY POWER UNIT CHAINCASE INSTRUCTION PLATE, BREATHER
ASSEMBLY, OIL FILL PLUG AND OIL DRAIN PLUG REPLACEMENT (HATZ) --

Removal
1. Remove oil fill plug (1) from chaincase (2).
2. Remove oil drain plug (3) and gasket (4) from chaincase (2) and allow oil to drain. Discard gasket.
3. Remove four drive screws (5) and instruction plate (6) from chaincase (2). Discard drive screws.
4. Remove breather assembly (7) and elbow assembly (8) from chaincase (2).
5. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Installation
1. Apply sealing compound to threads of elbow assembly (8), install elbow assembly (8) and breather assembly (7)
in chaincase (2).
2. Install instruction plate (6) on chaincase (2) with four new drive screws (5).
3. Install oil drain plug (3) and new gasket (4) in chaincase (2). Fill chaincase with lubricant (WP 0187 00).
4. Install oil fill plug (1) in chaincase (2).
