TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0603 00--1 AUXILIARY POWER UNIT CRANKCASE OIL FILL LINES REPLACEMENT (HATZ) 0603 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal, Cleaning, Installation INITIAL SETUP: Tools and Special Tools General mechanic’s tool kit (item 1, WP 0717 00) Torque wrench (item 2, WP 0717 00) Materials/Parts Lockwashers (4) (item 467, WP 0718 00) Gasket (item 468, WP 0718 00) Materials/Parts -- Continued Dry--cleaning solvent (item 1, WP 0716 00) Adhesive (item 29, WP 0716 00) Adhesive (item 25, WP 0716 00) Equipment Conditions APU cover removed (WP 0413 00) APU crankcase oil drained (WP 0187 00) Removal 1. Remove screw (1) and lockwasher (2) holding oil filler cap assembly (3) from APU. 2. Remove two nuts (4), two screws (5), two screws (6), four lockwashers (7), four flat washers (8), oil filler assembly (9) and gasket (10) from APU. Discard gasket and lockwashers. 3. Inspect all parts for damage and replace as required. Cleaning WARNING 1. Clean gasket mating surfaces on oil filler assembly (9) and APU assembly with dry--cleaning solvent. 2. Ensure all gasket material is removed from mounting surface.
