SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts ametal surface a direct short may result ininstant heating of tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.RReconnect main lighting and master relay wiringharness to main lighting switch. Disconnect wire 15of main lighting and master relay wiring harness atconnector. Place red lead of multimeter in femaleconnector of wire 15 and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER switch on and check for voltage. TurnMASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present,repair/replace wire 15 of main lighting and masterrelay wiring harness (see paragraph 6-70). If voltageis not present, repair/replace wire 10 of main lightingand B.O. selector switch wiring harness (seeparagraph 6-69).SReconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to mainswitch panel. Install main switch panel (10), flatwasher (9), ground lead (8), three lockwashers (7),and three screws (6). Open air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10). Disconnect wire 48 pin A frombulkhead to master relay wiring harness. Place redmultimeter lead in socket and black lead to ground.Turn MASTER switch on and check for voltage. Ifvoltage is present, repair/replace switch panel, radio,and bilge pump to bulkhead wiring harness (seeparagraph 6-53). If voltage is not present,troubleshoot master relay circuit (see paragraph 2-19, master relay fails to operate).2—297
