SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts ametal surface a direct short may result ininstant heating of tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.GReconnect wire 520 to B.O. SELECTOR switch.Disconnect main lighting and master relay wiringharness from main lighting switch. Place a jumperwire from pin F to socket F. Place red lead ofmultimeter on pin D of wire 520 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on, UNLOCK andmove main lighting switch to B.O. DRIVE position,and check for voltage. Turn MASTER and mainlighting switches OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep H. If voltage is not present, go to step I.HReconnect main lighting and master relay wiringharness to main lighting switch. Disconnect wire 520at female connector, near main lighting switch. Placered lead of multimeter in female connector of wire520 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switchon, UNLOCK and move main lighting switch to B.O.DRIVE position, and check for voltage. TurnMASTER and main lighting switches OFF. If voltageis present, repair/replace wire 520 of B.O. selectorlead assembly (see paragraph 6-68). If voltage isnot present, repair/replace wire 520 of main lightingand master relay wiring harness (see paragraph 6-70).IPlace red lead of multimeter in socket F of wire 15and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch onand check for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF.If voltage is present, replace main lighting switch(see paragraph 6-10). If voltage is not present, go tostep J.2—317
