Reconnect harness 4W103 P1 to gauge panel.3. Open air intake grilles above batterycompartment (TM 9--2350--292--10).4. Disconnect harness 3W143 P2 from bulkheadconnector.5. Turn MASTER switch ON(TM 9--2350--292--10).6. Place multimeter red lead in harness 3W143P2 receptacle socket E and black lead toground. Check for voltage.7. Turn MASTER switch OFF(TM 9--2350--292--10).Repair (WP 0290 00) orreplace (WP 0316 00)harness 4W103. Verifyfault is corrected.
