Install new retaining ring (28) on orifice connector (24) at bracket (27).14. Install orifice connector (24) with new retaining ring (28) and bracket (27) on vehicle with two screws (25) and twonew lockwashers (26).15. Connect hose assembly (23) to M3 air heater (22) with new hose clamp (21), connect other end of hose assembly(23) to orifice connector (24).16. Connect hose assembly (13) to M3 air heater (22) with new hose clamp (21).17. Secure hose (13) to vehicle right side wall with five clamps (20), five screws (18) and five new lockwashers (19).NOTEMake sure screws are tightened sufficiently to cause ex-ternal tooth lockwasher to cut through paint to make anelectrical contact. Removal of paint and primer at inter-face mounting surface is acceptable to achieve propercomponent ground.18. Install frame assembly (15) and one end of lead assembly 4W303 (6) in vehicle with four screws (16) and fournew lockwashers (17).19.
