AUXILIARY WINCH ROLLER BRACKET ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Disassembly
WARNING
1. Remove four lubrication fittings (6), four retaining rings (7), four bearing washers (8), two vertical shafts (9) and
two vertical rollers (10) from bracket (11). Discard retaining rings.
2. Remove four lubrication fittings (12), four retaining rings (13), four bearing washers (14), two horizontal shafts
(15), two horizontal rollers (16) and four spacers (17) from bracket (11). Discard retaining rings.
3. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Assembly
1. Install four spacers (17), two horizontal rollers (16) and two horizontal shafts (15) on bracket (11) with four washer
bearings (14), four new retaining rings (13) and four lubrication fittings (12).
2. Install two vertical rollers (10) and two vertical shafts (9) on bracket (11) with four bearing washers (8), four new
retaining rings (7) and four lubrication fittings (6).
