Subfloor plates #4 and #12 removed

NOTE
Disassemble equipment only to the extent necessary to
effect repairs.
Removal
1. Remove four screws (1), four lockwashers (2), four flat washers (3) and two locks (4). Discard lockwashers.
2. Loosen nut (5), remove handle (6), rod (7) and nut (5) from connector (8).
