TM 9--2350--292--20--2 AUXILIARY POWER UNIT HYDRAULIC PUMP REPAIR (HATZ) -- CONTINUED 0548 00 Installation--Continued 13. Install lead assembly 3W706 (4) and wiring harness 3W711 wire 62 (3) on terminal B of generator (5) with flat washer (2) and new self--locking nut (1). 14. Seal all exposed electrical terminals with adhesive (item 81, WP 0716 00). 15. Fill APU chaincase with oil (WP 0187 00). 16. Install APU vaneaxial fan bracket (WP 0666 00). 17. Install APU in vehicle (WP 0587 00). 18. Turn MASTER switch ON, fuel pump switch OFF, APU GEN switch OFF, and FUEL SHUTOFF switch ON (TM 9--2350--292--10). 19. Move the START switch to ON for 15 seconds to lubricate the new pump. 20. Start the APU (TM 9--2350--292--10). 1 2 3 4 5 END OF TASK 0548 00--9/10 blank
