CHAPTER 2: VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS TM 9-2350-256-202-19 ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING-ContinuedFIXED SPOTLIGHT-ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.F Remove three screws (4), three lockwashers (5),ground wire (6), and flat washer (7) and release mainswitch panel (8) from mounting bracket. Disconnectwire 10-419 from Y-connector of switch panel, radio,and bilge pump to bulkhead wiring harness at mainswitch panel. Turn MASTER switch on, and check forvoltage. If voltage is present, repair wire 419 from Y-connector at main switch panel to APU control boxbulkhead wiring harness. If voltage is not present, goto step G.GReconnect wire 10-419 to Y-connector of switchpanel, radio, and bilge pump to bulkhead wiringharness to main switch panel. Install main switchpanel (8), flat washer (7), ground wire (6), threelockwashers (5), and three screws (4) to mountingbracket. Open air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10).Disconnect wire 48 pin A from bulkhead to master-relay wiring harness. Place red multimeter lead insocket and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. If voltage is present,repair/replace switch panel, radio, and bilge pump tobulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-53). Ifvoltage is not present, troubleshoot master relaycircuit (see paragraph 2-19, master relay fails tooperate).2-256
