CHAPTER 2: VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS TM 9-2350-256-202-19 ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING-ContinuedTROUBLELIGHT ASSEMBLY-ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment,and injury or death to personnel.FReconnect wire 38/518 to winch light switch side of 15A circuit breaker. Disconnect wire 38/518 from panelconnector side of 15 A circuit breaker. Place red leadof multimeter in wire 38/518 and black lead to ground.Turn MASTER switch on and check for voltage. TurnMASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, replace 15A circuit breaker (see paragraph 6-9). If voltage isnot present, repair/replace wire 38 from pin A to 15 Acircuit breaker (see paragraph 6-9).GRemove three screws (4), three lockwashers (5),ground wire (6), and flat washer (7) and release mainswitch panel (8) from mounting bracket. Disconnectwire 10-419 from Y-connector of switch panel, radio,and bilge pump to bulkhead wiring harness at mainswitch panel. Turn MASTER switch on, and check forvoltage. If voltage is present, repair wire 419 from Y-connector at main switch panel to APU control boxbulkhead wiring harness. If voltage is not present, goto step H.2-260
