SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.H Reconnect wire 10-419 to Y-connector of switchpanel, radio, and bilge pump to bulkhead wiringharness to main switch panel. Install main switchpanel (8), flat washer (7), ground wire (6), threelockwashers (5), and three screws (4) to mountingbracket. Open air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10).Disconnect wire 48 pin A from bulkhead to masterrelay wiring harness. Place red multimeter lead insocket and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. If voltage is present,repair/replace switch panel, radio, and bilge pump tobulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-53). Ifvoltage is not present, troubleshoot master relaycircuit (see 2-19, master relay fails to operate).2-261
