CHAPTER 2: VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS TM 9-2350-256-202-19 ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING-ContinuedWINCH LIGHT--ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.HReconnect electrical accessories panel wiring harnessto electrical accessories panel. Remove three screws(4), three lockwashers (5), ground wire (6), and flatwasher (7) and release main switch panel (8) frommounting bracket. Disconnect wire 10-419 from Y-connector of switch panel, radio, and bilge pump tobulkhead wiring harness at main switch panel. TurnMASTER switch on and check for voltage. If voltageis present, repair wire 419 from Y-connector at mainswitch panel to APU control box bulkhead wiringharness. If voltage is not present, go to step I.I Reconnect wire 10-419 to Y-connector of switchpanel, radio, and bilge pump to bulkhead wiringharness to main switch panel. Install main switchpanel (8), flat washer (7), ground wire (6), threelockwashers (5), and three screws (4) to mountingbracket. Open air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10).Disconnect wire 48 pin A from bulkhead to masterrelay wiring harness. Place red multimeter lead insocket and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. If voltage is present,repair/replace switch panel, radio, and bilge pump tobulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-53). Ifvoltage is not present, troubleshoot master relaycircuit (see paragraph 2-19, master relay fails tooperate).2-266
