FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHER VALVE ASSEMBLY AND RELATED PARTS
REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED

Removal
1. Remove clamps and attaching hardware securing hoses, tubes, valves, bracket and nozzles to vehicle as shown
in legend and illustration. Discard lockwashers.
2. Remove hoses, tubes, valves, brackets, nozzles, preformed packings and fittings in accordance with the following
legend and illustration. Discard preformed packings.
3. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Installation
1. Install hoses, tubes, valves, bracket, nozzles, new preformed packings and fittings in accordance with the follow-
ing legend and illustration.
2. Install clamps with attaching hardware and new lockwashers securing hoses, tubes, valves, bracket and nozzles
to vehicle as shown in legend and illustration.
NOTE
FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Install subfloor plates #10, #11, #15 and #22,
if removed (WP 0454 00)
Install subfloor plate #15, if removed (WP 0454 00)
Install subfloor plate #13, if removed (WP 0454 00)
Install oddment tray, if removed (WP 0480 00)
Install oddment tray shelf, if removed (WP 0478 00)
Install hydraulic pump assembly, if removed
(WP 0545 00)
Install subfloor plates #10, #11 and #15, if removed
(WP 0454 00)
Install main winch and spade assembly, if removed
(WP 0497 00)
