TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0701 00--1 FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHER MANUAL INTERLOCK SYSTEM COMPONENTS REPLACEMENT 0701 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal, Installation INITIAL SETUP: Tools and Special Tools General mechanic’s tool kit (item 1, WP 0717 00) Hand riveter (item 66, WP 0717 00) Materials/Parts Lockwashers (2) (item 2, WP 0718 00) Lockwashers (2) (item 110, WP 0718 00) Rivet (item 113, WP 0718 00) Equipment Conditions Actuator cable assembly removed (WP 0699 00) Personnel heater control box removed (WP 0248 00) Removal 1. Remove rivet (1) and quick--release pin chain (2) from shield (3). Discard rivet. 2. Remove two nuts (4), two lockwashers (5), two screws (6) and shield (3). Discard lockwashers. 3. Disconnect two 54A circuit leads (7) from wiring harnesses 4W127 (8) and 4W101 (9) at interlock switch assem- bly (10). 4. Remove nut (11), lockwasher (12), key washer (13), bushing (14) and interlock switch assembly (10). 5. Remove two nuts (15) and two adapters (16). 6. Remove two screws (17), two lockwashers (18) and bracket (19). Discard lockwashers. 7. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
