Position cover plate (6) on valve body (8) so that shaft (50) of manual discharge lever (51) goes through hub ofcable reel (7). Pin through shaft (50) must engage slot (52) in hub of cable reel (7).28. Install cover plate (6) with three screws (4) and three new lockwashers (5).29. Hold control valve assembly (1) clear of cylinder assembly (2), but close to final mounted position. Pull and holdinterior cable handle (15). Measure length of actuator pin (49) that protrudes below control valve mounting flange(53). Protrusion must be 0.5--0.6 in. (13--15 mm). If not, readjust cable assembly (10) at cable reel (7) and repeatsteps 18 through 24, as required.30. Repeat step 29, using exterior release cable handle (25).Figure 371505152495351251550845627101
