Assemble dual pull mechanism (32). 10. Install adapter (37) on pulley release mechanism (22). 11. Install adjustable pulley bracket (36) with two screws (35), if removed. 12. Install adjustable pulley (34) with screw (33). 13. Install dual pull mechanism (32) with clip (31), screw (29) and new lockwasher (30). 14.
