Position splice (44) against dual side of dual pull mechanism (32). Thread cable assembly (10) through socket (28) and install plug (27), leaving two inches (5.08 cm) of free cable between pulley release mechanism (22) and cable fastener assembly (26). 16. Hold cable fastener assembly (26), install exterior cable handle (25). 17. Thread cable assembly (10) through adapter (20), connect conduit (19). 18. Thread cable assembly (10) through socket (18) and install plug (17), leaving two inches (5.08 cm) of free cable between adapter (20) and cable fastener assembly (16). 19. Hold cable fastener assembly (16), install interior cable handle (15). 20. Position splice (44) against single side of dual pull mechanism (32). 21.
