Equipment Conditions
Level winder guard removed (WP 0507 00)
Roller bracket adjusted (WP 0508 00)
Adjustment
1. Remove screw (1) from plate (2) and roller guide (3).
2. Move roller guide (3) until control valve plunger roller (4) is positioned at low limit on roller guide (3).
3. Loosen two locknuts (5), adjust left limit switch (6) for minimal contact with roller guide (3). Tighten two locknuts
(3).
4. Move roller guide (3) until control valve plunger roller (4) is positioned at high limit on roller guide (3) (.33 +.04
inch (8.4 mm) from edge of roller guide (3) and valve roller plunger (4)).
5. Loosen two locknuts (7), adjust right limit switch (8) for minimal contact with roller guide (3). Tighten two locknuts
(7).
