TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0521 00--2 SPADE LOCK ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0521 00 Removal 1. Disconnect spade lock hydraulic hose (1) quick--disconnect coupling (2). 2. Remove eight screws (3), eight lockwashers (4) and spade lock housing (5) from vehicle hull front cover assembly (6). Discard lockwashers. 3. Remove hydraulic hose (1) from hydraulic cylinder (7). 4. Remove quick--disconnect coupling (2) from hydraulic hose (1). 5. Remove lubrication fitting (8) from spade lock housing (5). 6. Remove safety valve (9) from spade lock housing (5). 7. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required. Figure 277 4 3 5 2 1 7 8 9 6
