Disconnect wiring harness 3W730 connector J1 (1) from vaneaxial fan connector (2).2. Remove two screws (3), two lockwashers (4) and bottom screen (5). Discard lockwashers.3. Remove two screws (6), two lockwashers (7), vaneaxial fan (8) and upper screen (9). Discard lockwashers.4. Remove six screws (10), six lockwashers (11) and vaneaxial fan bracket (12). Discard lockwashers.5. Inspect all parts for damage and replace as required.Installation1. Apply adhesive to threads of screws (3), (6) and (10) prior to installation.2. Install vaneaxial fan bracket (12) with six screws (10) and six new lockwashers (11).3. Install upper screen (9) and vaneaxial fan (8) with two screws (6) and two new lockwashers (7).4. Install bottom screen (5) with two screws (3) and two new lockwashers (4).5. Connect wiring harness 3W730 connector J1 (1) to vaneaxial fan connector (2).
