Apply adhesive (MMM--A--1617) with brush (A--A--289) to bottom of seal (2) andbond to top of fuel tank fill cap (3).2. Remove plug (4) from top of fuel tank fill cover (1) and install elbow (5). Stow plug (4).3. Install one hose clamp (8) on each end of vent hose (9). Connect vent hose (9) to elbows (5 and 6) and tightentwo hose clamps (8).4. Apply a continuous 1/4 in. thick bead of adhesive sealant (MIL--46106 11EBN) to top surface of seal (2). Installcover (1) over seal (2).Figure 354Figure 3541234567889
